Who we are

GOALLX is a software and product studio. This policy explains what happens to information you share with us through goallx.com, email and WhatsApp. Questions go to contact@goallx.com.

What we collect

By email: your email address and whatever you include in your message.

Through WhatsApp: your phone number, WhatsApp profile name and the messages you send us.

Through the website: anonymous usage statistics such as pages viewed, country and device type. We do not use advertising cookies and we do not build profiles of individual visitors.

Why we use it

Only to reply to your enquiry, prepare a proposal, and work with you if you become a client. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not add you to marketing lists without asking.

Who processes it

Our email provider delivers and stores the emails you send us. WhatsApp (Meta) carries WhatsApp conversations. Vercel hosts the site and provides cookie-free analytics. Each processes data under its own privacy terms.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don't become projects are deleted within 24 months. Client records are kept for as long as the working relationship and any legal obligations require.

Your choices

You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, at any time, by emailing contact@goallx.com or messaging us on WhatsApp. We'll respond within 30 days.
